The GAM will be conducting 8 Training Seminars in 2018 to cover the GHIN Handicap System™ and a new GAM member benefit, USGA Tournament Management (TM), which is a tournament software system available for you to use for leagues, outings, and club events. There is no cost to attend these GHIN – USGA TM Training Seminars and lunch will be provided for those that are going to stay for the entire session. Here is a list of dates and locations.

Registration and Training Schedule
You will need to pre-register for the training by clicking HERE. Any club administrators, tournament directors, handicap chairpersons, league managers, etc. are welcome to attend. MSR Credits for PGA Professionals
The Michigan PGA has granted these GHIN – USGA TM Training Seminars 7 MSR credits for those who attend the entire session. If you elect to stay until lunch, you will receive 4 MSR credits. Sign-in will be required for both the AM and PM sessions. You are not able to receive additional MSR credits for attending more than 1 GHIN – USGA TM Training Seminar.
Webinars and Additional Support
For those of you that might not be able to make one of the GHIN – USGA TM Training Seminars, we are going to provide a webinar in February or March of 2018. The webinar will be submitted to the Michigan PGA for potential MSR credits although there is no guarantee that the session will provide MSR credits. The GAM will be providing additional training support throughout 2018 including webinars, how-to-videos and guides. More information about our webinars and other training materials will come in 2018 as we progress in the transition to the GHIN Handicap System™ and USGA Tournament Management.
